Chef I Made Suwendra Yasa has a long and impressive experience in the international cooking arena. The past 20 years travelling the world has allowed him to successfully bring together the signature flavours of Indonesia to a whole new dimension using European techniques while maintaining tastes and textures derived from authentic Balinese cooking coming together with cutting edge techniques from the world of European and Mediterranean culinary.

Story of Shrida

The word SHRIDA means a Giver of Beauty, Fortune and Positivity as the projection of Laksmi, the Hinduism Goddess. The name of SHIRDA is also come from blending the founders names; Indonesia’s most renowned and internationally acclaimed artist and maestro painter, SRIHADI SOEDARSONO and his wife, FARIDA. SHRIDA is a restaurant with cooking philosophy that is based on wellness, ingredients, taste and art with strong inspirations from Balinese cultures.
